Players in New Zealand are slated to get first access, unlocking the title at 11:00 UTC on November 18th due to their advanced time zone. Meanwhile, regions on the opposite end of the spectrum—such as Mexico and parts of Central America—will wait roughly 19 hours longer, with access opening at 06:00 UTC on November 19th.

UK players are looking at a midnight rollout (00:00 UTC), while parts of western Canada will see the game unlock at 05:00 UTC on November 19th.

This 19-hour gap presents significant challenges for both players and developer Rockstar Games.
