The legendary Britpop icons Oasis are officially heading back to Knebworth House in September 2027. Marking a historic return to the scene of their era-defining 1996 shows, Liam and Noel Gallagher are set to play four massive concerts.

In 1996, fans paid just £22.50 to see Oasis at Knebworth. For the 2027 return, general admission tickets will cost £170.50, while coveted front standing space jumps to £203.50.
For those looking for premium perks, VIP packages range from £317.50 to £513.50, offering exclusive merchandise and post-show hospitality access.
To weed out scalpers and bots, Ticketmaster is implementing a strict registration process. Fans must sign up with an email address and correctly answer a trivia question to prove their fan status. Successful registrants in the UK will receive links to purchase tickets between Friday, September 25, and Sunday, September 27.
The Dreaded Knebworth Traffic Trap
Knebworth is notorious for post-concert gridlock. Following Robbie Williams’ 2003 shows and Liam Gallagher’s solo gig in 2022, some attendees spent up to five hours simply trying to exit the local car parks.
To prevent a repeat of this logistical nightmare, Ticketmaster has issued a direct warning to fans: do not drive.
Instead, organizers are pushing public transport and alternative travel plans:
- Trains: Special trains will run from Stevenage to London for two hours after each show for £10. However, Stevenage station is two miles away, requiring a 55-minute walk along a stewarded, well-lit path.
- Coaches: Return coach packages will run from 124 locations across England and Wales.
- Camping: Saturday night ticket holders can camp overnight for £60 per person (including parking) to help stagger the departures.
Who is Joining Them?
So far, the only confirmed opening act for the 2027 Knebworth dates is former Verve frontman Richard Ashcroft. A longtime friend and collaborator of the Gallaghers, Ashcroft is slated to support Oasis on all 37 dates of their global reunion tour.
While the rest of the lineup remains under wraps, the scale of the 2027 shows promises to match the legendary status of the original 1996 weekend.
