What do you do when an angry biker rams your car in the middle of busy Bengaluru traffic? For tech founder Siddharth Dialani, the solution wasn't calling an expensive attorney—it was opening Google Gemini on his phone.
Dialani, the co-founder and CEO of BharatAgri, recently went viral after sharing how he successfully resolved a frightening road-rage incident using Google's AI chatbot to draft his police complaint.
The Road-Rage Clash
The incident began in Bengaluru's Koramangala neighborhood when a biker mistakenly believed Dialani's car had brushed against his motorcycle. The confrontation escalated rapidly. According to Dialani, the biker forced him to stop, violently kicked his car door, and rammed his vehicle from behind.
To intimidate Dialani further, the biker repeatedly overtook him and slammed on his brakes. What the biker did not realize, however, was that Dialani’s dashboard camera was recording the entire ordeal in high definition.
Gemini Becomes the "Lawyer"
Faced with a damaged car and the daunting task of navigating local police bureaucracy, Dialani turned to Google Gemini. The AI chatbot quickly drafted a formal, legally structured complaint addressed directly to the Koramangala police station.
Crucially, Gemini also gave him tactical advice: do not leave the station without a signed and stamped acknowledgement copy of the complaint to ensure the police would take official action.
Equipped with the AI-generated draft and clear dashcam footage, Dialani headed to the station. The police used the visible license plate from the footage to pull the biker's contact details from their database.
A "Samosa" and a Resolution
While officers tracked down the offender, Dialani waited at the station. In a movie-like twist, the cooperative police officers even treated him to a samosa while they searched.
When the biker arrived, he initially claimed Dialani was at fault. However, once presented with the dashcam footage and warned of a formal First Information Report (FIR) and criminal charges, his stance changed. The biker quickly wrote a formal apology letter and paid Dialani for the vehicle repairs on the spot.

Sharing his victory on social media, Dialani jokingly declared, "Gemini is my lawyer now!" The post has already amassed nearly 100,000 views, sparking a wider conversation online.
While AI is not a licensed legal professional, this case highlights how conversational AI tools are democratizing access to complex bureaucratic processes, helping everyday citizens draft formal documents and understand their rights in real-time.
